Is the Laser Shaver Safe to use on Sensitive Skin?

It is much more SAFER & suitable than using a razor on your skin. The product is under part 15 of the FCC rules and the packaging also mentions the dermatologist approval.

Will the Laser Shaver cause dark dots, strawberry legs or Ingrown hairs?

NO. It completely prevents strawberry legs, dark dots and ingrown hairs unlike razors.

What should I do if the product does not work??

Chic Aura will provide customers with a refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective. The refund process can be done by texting us on our Instagram.

Is the Laser Shaver rechargeable?

Yes. It's rechargeable and comes with a complimentary charger

What are the contents in the package?

The package comes with the shaver attached with the trimmer head and it also contains the microfoil head, user manual and charger.

How long can the blades be used for?

The blades can be used for around 6-8 months and you can purchase extra blades by messaging us on Instagram

What if there is a delay in my order?
